Like what we do? 1 month listings are as cheap as a cup of coffee, $5 per month or maybe grab a bargain listing of 1 year for $50.
Decisions, decisions – the hardest decision to make on our website is which listing to go with. As possibly the best value for money handmade craft directory out there, we give every business the option of a 1 time FREE 1 month listing. This is great for people who want to see what we are all about. You can take just 1 month or you can add the discount code to a purchased listing and have 1 month free off that purchase.
FREE Store – we know not every business can afford their own website and store, so we’re here to help. All businesses listed on our Craft Directory have full control over their own store. You can set up your own postage fees, upload as many items as you like at no extra cost, and there are no sales fees either. What you earn from your sales is 100% yours to keep, we don’t charge a sneaky 10% from your sales.
Discount Codes – having a sale, holding a competition? Your shop comes with the option to create discount codes to give away at any time.

Hidden Fees – you’re safe from hidden fees on our website. We don’t charge sales fees nor do we have sneaky automatic renewals for your directory listing. Rest easy, we’ll send out reminders to you when your listing is due for renewal. Tight on money? That’s ok, you can renew your listing later and we’ll ensure it, and all your store products are put back online.
Feedback – want to know how well your store is doing and which products are proving popular? Your store comes with all the graphs and feedback any sales person could ever want
Personal touch – with a friendly team who are keen hand makers themselves, we know not everyone is tech savvy, which is why we are more than just a screen. We are happy to help where we can, just give us a shout.
Markets – Do you have a stall at a market? We have some good news for you. We have made it possible for you to tag in your business listing, which markets you commonly attend. This allows people to then check up on where that market is and when it next takes place. Also, we then tag your business on that market’s page (on our website) to allow viewers to then jump onto your page and see what you create and contact you or come and see you at the next market.

Orders and Payment

Orders are exciting, generally with your store, items are ready made and just waiting to be shipped out within the time frame you have selected (1-2 business days etc.). Once an order has been placed, it will appear on your dashboard and you will receive an email notification.
Once you have seen or started creating the order, you can change the order status to Processing and then once shipped out, you can then change the order status to Completed.
Payments to your account will happen when orders have been completed and shipped out, so there is no need to wait for ‘pay day’ and no need for you to go in and request the payment.

Important

Once your listing on our Craft Directory has been approved, you will automatically be made a store vendor, it is up to you whether you would like to set up your store or not. If having a store is not something you would like, then there is nothing to worry about, your store will not show up if there is nothing in there
Appropriate product liability insurance is certainly advised when selling your products on any website and this includes ours.
What is handmade? We accept businesses that create their products by hand and that are not mass produced, items which are transformed or created by hand by the business. We will accept digital prints if the print has been hand drawn by the maker. Please note, we do review each product that is submitted and will approve or disprove items at our discretion.
Baby products such as teething items, dummy chains, play gyms and more must be independently tested and certified to ensure they meet Australian Safety Standards, we strongly recommend the business also has insurance taken out on these products.
Any business creating and intending to sell products that are intended as toys or to be played with by children, must be able to produce proof of current product liability insurance upon request.
For a speedy upload of products, ensure you fill in all information regarding a product, including price, weight, description, turnaround time, shipping costs. If we discover any issues with a product, we will be in touch via email.

What We Do For You

Our aim is to tell the world about your wonderful business and handmade products. We promote your listing, latest creations and also invite you to let us know what markets and events you will be attending, so we can then let market goers know. Did you know we were one of the first craft networking sites/directories to have month by month payments.
